Sussex Green Living

Sussex Green Living is a fast-growing multi award winning organisation set up by local people who wanted to create a network and initiatives for the benefit of their community and the planet.

They’ll show you that living an environmentally friendly lifestyle, respecting nature and reducing that all important carbon footprint is exciting, energising, saves you money and helps provide more peace of mind to live and enjoy a sustainable future.

Support and Services

We are passionate about connections, communications and education to inspire and empower Sussex people, consumers, communities and businesses to live green, play green and work green. Our services help you and your community groups and local businesses achieve their values.

Sussex Green Hub

This is our Community Year of Green Action, working with other Horsham based environmental, community and faith groups we are really excited about the launch of the Sussex Green Hub, which opened Saturday, 25th September.

At Sussex Green Hub there will be a range of environmental services, solutions and advice, along with lots of friendly and welcoming volunteers who want to help you take small green steps to save money and the planet. Plus, a community café where you can enjoy a drink and light refreshments.

The Sussex Green Hub will be in the URC Hall, United Reformed Church, 45 Springfield Rd, Horsham RH12 1PT (behind Wilko just off of West Street) on the last Saturday of every month from 10am- 4pm at the same time as the monthly Vegan Market in Pirie’s Place.

The Hub has been made possible thanks to a generous donation of £1,500 by John Lewis of Horsham and Waitrose, who have also donated a Great Green Week Hamper (worth £150 plus), which will be on display in the Hub. The winner will be chosen in December from those who participate in our ‘Small Green Steps Survey’.
