TERMS & CONDITIONS

Membership entitles the bearer of the membership card to special deals from participating local businesses.

Each deal has specific terms & conditions, which are listed in the members area.

Membership is non-transferable and can only be used by the named eligible person on the membership card.

Membership is valid until the expiry date stated on the front of the card.

Your membership will automatically renew at the end of its current term, with payment taken using the card payment details you provided when you first signed up. You will be reminded of this in advance of your membership renewing at which point you will have the chance to not renew should you wish.

Gift cards are valid for 24 months from the date of issuance.

Gift cards can be redeemed at participating local businesses. 

The participating businesses will be subject to change without notice to gift card holders and Love Horsham accepts no liability in the event that a business ceases to accept the Love Horsham gift card.

Gift cards cannot be combined with any other offer or discount unless expressly allowed by the participating business.

Valid for a single transaction only. No credit or change will be given on the unused portion of the gift card.

This gift card is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash in part or full.

No replacement for lost or stolen gift cards.

Mutilated, damaged or de-faced gift cards cannot be exchanged.

The terms and conditions of this gift card shall be amended at any time at the discretion of Love Horsham and shall be binding on the customer.
